We are very proud to announce that we are working on an office space study for Imperial Oil in Calgary, Canada.
The team is working on Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil’s office space study in Calgary, Alberta, and we are providing estimating; scheduling; project controls; project management; health and safety, and environmental services.
The study identified and evaluated a number of options for the 2,300 staff whom are employed in the Calgary area. On September 28, 2012, Imperial Oil announced the findings of the study along with its plans to consolidate its downtown offices at the new campus that is located on a 20-acre site in Quarry Park, South East Calgary. The move to the campus will be in phases as the buildings are constructed commencing in 2014, with full occupancy planned for 2016.

The Quarry Park complex will consist of five low-rise buildings with approximately 800,000 square feet (net) of office space and constructed to meet LEED® Gold building standards for building efficiency and environmental stewardship. The campus will create a new work environment using the latest technology and flexible work spaces thus promoting greater opportunities for employee collaboration.
