Martin is head of the Commercial Services group which provides Quantity Surveying services to a range of clients in Singapore and in the region. Martin also leads our Consult group in the Singapore office, which delivers services on PPP projects, FM consultancy and sustainability services.
Martin has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and has spent over 25 years in Singapore. He has experience in a wide variety of fields including Project Management and heavy engineering. Martin has given Expert Witness evidence on a number of occasions in the High Court and in arbitrations. Martin has worked on projects in Malaysia, China, Brunei and Indonesia.
