Professional and Graduates
If you join Faithful+Gould as an experienced professional or a recent graduate, you will be given the opportunity to gain experience and qualifications in your chosen field of expertise to assist in strengthening your skills, knowledge and abilities.
In addition to annual personal development appraisals and regular meetings to review training and development requirements, you will be able to take advantage of our dedication to promoting internally, utilising a structured approach to assess internal candidates’ suitability for senior roles.
You will also have the opportunity to work in different service areas of our diverse business from your home office, as well as other office locations or project sites.
As a school or college leaver starting your career at Faithful+Gould, a development programme will be agreed for you to enable you to fast track your progress. This scheme ensures that you gain a broad range of skills and experience by regularly moving throughout parts of the business to supplement and enhance your studies.
If you are selected to take part in this programme, Faithful+Gould will provide full funding for a part-time degree course in an appropriate discipline, usually on a day release basis.
