Huntsman Singapore - Jeffamine Plant
Project
- JEFFAMINE® plant for Huntsman, the fourth-largest chemical maker in the United States. The plant is on Jurong Island, Singapore.
- This is the first greenfield manufacturing facility in Singapore for Huntsman and represents a significant milestone for Huntsman globally.
- The project consists of tank farm, process area, utilities, administration building, maintenance and warehouse building, guardhouse and sub-station.
Faithful+Gould was appointed as client’s representative to provide project / cost control services from front end engineering stage to project completion with main responsibilities including:
- Advice on EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) contract terms and conditions,
- Contract administration
- Reviewing of bid packages/sub-contracts
- Monthly application for payment to EPCM contractors/sub-contractors/vendor
- Preparation of monthly project cost reports.
