Training for experienced professionals

If you join Faithful+Gould as an experienced professional, we offer development in your chosen field of expertise to assist in strengthening your skills, knowledge and abilities.

As well as access to annual personal development appraisals and regular meetings to review training and development requirements, you will be able to take advantage of some of the schemes set up within Faithful+Gould to promote personal development.

Faithful+Gould is keen to promote internally by utilising a structured approach to assess internal candidates’ suitability for senior roles.

If you have not already achieved a status within your relevant professional body, you will be encouraged to take advantage of Faithful+Gould’s Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) programme which will enable you to benefit from the support and advice of qualified mentors.

You will be invited to participate in frequent relevant technical workshops, enabling you to refresh or top up your knowledge in specific areas, most of which will count towards your CPD requirements.
