Faithful+Gould was appointed to provide pre-contract cost management for this G+29 storey residential tower at the Al Ghurair Development which occupies a prominent position on a plot adjacent to the Al Mankhool road in Dubai.
The tower design responds to the client's vision of a simple and elegant building in the heart of Al Mankhool area which will cater for an increasing demand for high quality residential accommodation.
The development includes:
- 244 apartments of various sizes
- Parking spaces for 410 cars
- 5,000m2 of retail space
