Dubai Festival City appointed Faithful+Gould to provide cost management at planning stage for the existing luxury shopping mall extension in Festival City, Dubai.

The project included alteration of the existing structure, basement car park and canal restructure. 

Faithful+Gould took over when the project was on 30% schematic design. We then progressed to 80%. The work included:

  • reconciling the previous cost plan produced by another cost consultant,
  • preparing a cost plan, and
  • negotiating construction costs with the main contractor. 


Outcome

Successfully completed in 2008.
