Faithful+Gould was appointed by Atkins(this is an external link and will open in a new window) to provide cost management and post contract administration for this mixed use development comprising apartment building, hotel building and 20 high end villas with a gross floor area of 140,000m2.

The 7-storey, classically styled buildings include:

  • 189 apartments with townhouses and penthouses
  • 5 star hotel
  • Spa facilities / restaurants
  • Commercial areas
  • Private beach facility
  • Extensive landscaping and pool areas

The approach

The works were tendered on a two stage basis to allow for better competition in a competitive market.
