Located in Jumeirah Beach Resort, it contains 600 luxury guest rooms and suites with views of the sea.

The Jumeirah Beach Hotel is a dynamic 26-story structure, 93 meters tall and 275 meters wide, covering 12.25 hectares. It is curved in plan and elevation, representing a breaking ocean wave.

The first phase was completed as part of a comprehensive redevelopment of the existing Chicago Beach Hotel site.
