Faithful+Gould was commissioned to provide cost management as well as cost planning and estimating services for this luxury residential building.

Located in the Dubai Marina, Pier 8 Residences provide a visionary resort lifestyle community planned around a man-made waterfront.

The development comprises a 40 storey high-end luxury serviced apartment tower along with retail and leisure facilities.

The 178m tall tower provides a range of accommodation including studios and one- and two bedroom apartments.

Leisure and recreational facilities in the 4 storey podium include restaurants, swimming pools and a health club. The podium also provides retail shops and townhouses along the waterfront.

The building's contemporary design is matched by a strong use of sustainability principles.
