Faithful+Gould provided cost planning services on the Salboukh masterplan project, including all infrastructure and utilities for the development.

Located north of the capital, Riyadh, the development covers an area of 3 million square metres and will contain:

  • Residential accommodation,
  • Hotels,
  • Commercial office space,
  • A retail mall,
  • An equestrian centre,
  • A hospital, and
  • Schools.
