The Address, Downtown Burj Dubai
Faithful+Gould was appointed by Atkins
to provide post contract administration services for this mixed use, 63 storey tower comprising 5 star hotel plus 626 serviced apartments.
The Address was formerly known as Burj Dubai Lake Hotel.
The imposing 306m height and striking design produce a landmark project that stands at the opposite end of the lake to the world's tallest building, the Burj Dubai.

Re-measurement of the complete Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works and contract administration.
The challenge
Re-measuring all prior quantities for this large scale project.
