We have been retained by CHS, Inc., to provide owner’s representative/ project management services for the pre-construction phase of its grain terminal modernization project at the Port of Kalama, WA.
We are assisting CHS in management and coordination of the project, initially focused on getting CHS’ requirements confirmed and aligning the efforts of multiple engineering consultants. As requirements were validated and the design progressed, focus has shifted to maximizing the value of the project while allowing for future flexibility.
