About Dave McNamara
Dave has more than thirty years of industry experience, 21 of those being with Faithful+Gould, in construction consulting, with emphasis on cost management and sustainability justification. During his career, he has developed expertise in cost management, claims review, risk analysis, auditing, and value engineering, for a variety of project types.
Dave has worked on numerous LEED™ and sustainable projects, even before its current popularity. His work focuses on providing a verifiable business case for green building projects. He trained in London with our Carbon group learning about Carbon Critical initiatives in the UK and their rigorous BREEAM certification system.
His focus on the cost of sustainability and the environmental impact of new construction supports Faithful+Gould’s sustainability related services of whole life value, carbon management, energy efficiency and sustainability; services which are now vital considerations in the construction and property management industry.
