Training and Development

Our training and development policy supports individuals in receiving and maintaining academic and professional qualifications to improve their own performances and that of the business as a whole. Faithful+Gould offers tuition reimbursement to eligible employees.
Atkins University is a virtual center of learning and development that contains a wide range of e-learning classes for staff. The University makes it easy for staff to access high quality training at a time and place of their choice and offers a variety of disciplines - from health and safety to finance.
The e-learning classes offer courses on health and safety, technical, finance and interpersonal skills. The program is highly flexible and can be tailored to suit the future needs or our employees.
Professional and Graduates
If you join Faithful+Gould as an experienced professional or a recent graduate, you will be given the opportunity to gain experience and qualifications in your chosen field of expertise to assist in strengthening your skills, knowledge and abilities.
In addition to annual personal development appraisals and regular meetings to review training and development requirements, you will be able to take advantage of our dedication to promoting internally, utilizing a structured approach to assess internal candidates’ suitability for senior roles.

Internship
As an intern starting your career at Faithful+Gould, you will have a structured development plan to enable you to track your progress.
Your development plan will ensure that you acquire a broad range of skills and experience from different parts of the business. These plans are developed in coordination with Human Resources and your home office management and are based on the core services and sectors handled by your office.
