This course is part of a comprehensive Standards of Practice module presented by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). The Value Engineering course is instructed by our Senior Vice President Mike Dell'Isola.
During the 2 hour course, topics including quality management terms and definitions, the quality management plan and review of quality management by project phase will be addressed and discussed.
