We provided project and cost management services for Nestlé Water North America (NWNA) with the relocation of its HQ Facility from Greenwich to Stamford, CT. The new facility is 180,000 square feet over four floors; three of the floors accommodate general office workstations, conference room, including the executive floor and boardroom for up to 500 staff. The first floor includes conference rooms, training rooms, executive private dining and a large auditorium to seat up to 100 people. The main communal area on the first floor is the ‘town center’ the social hub of the office.
The building includes a full-service commercial kitchen space with cafeteria, including outdoor patio. The executive boardroom and auditorium has a fully integrated audio-visual system.
The Approach
We provided project management from inception to completion: cost management services - estimating, change control, forecasting and ensuring budget certainty through the completion of construction, schedule management services including the coordination with GC, FF+E install and management of the move and relocation of NWNA staff.
The Outcome
The project received LEED® Gold certification and NWNA relocated to the new premises in October 2010.
