International Construction Intelligence - 2nd Quarter, 2009
Posted September 2009
International Construction Intelligence is a comprehensive industry guideline for international construction costs and for research about related industry trends and initiatives.
This issue (Volume 21, Issue 2) discusses what Building Information Modelling (BIM) means for estimating and managing costs.
We publish the latest tables from our international construction cost survey.
Our survey provides data about the relative price differences in a common currency between locations and across time for thirty-two locations around the world.
Finally we focus on US infrastructure investment, identifying two distinct challenges facing US infrastructure projects following the introduction of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
