About Martin Dancy
Martin was an equity Partner at Yeoman & Edwards for 15 years prior to their acquisition by Faithful+Gould in 1999. Martin was appointed Commercial Director in 2003 and has produced and manages the commercial processes and procedures for our global business.
He is also the principal liaison at Atkins Group level with the legal, risk, insurance and tax and treasury departments.
Martin's expertise is in assisting major corporate clients align their business needs with their property portfolios. His bespoke ‘rightsizing' service, also known as property portfolio management, provides a unique approach to reduce both capital and revenue costs by encompassing services such as strategic reviews, master planning, managing property consolidations, the disposal of redundant assets and the outsourcing of facility management services.
Martin works in many business sectors but has specialised in both the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
