Training & Development for Graduates
Faithful+Gould is looking for graduates who are motivated to achieve their professional qualification. If you have recently graduated and you choose to join Faithful+Gould, you will start to utilise your recently acquired knowledge straight away. You will also be afforded the opportunity to work in different parts of our diverse business in a structured manner.If you have recently graduated in a non-cognate degree discipline, a conversion route will be discussed and agreed to ensure you are eligible to join the appropriate professional body.
You will be required to take part in Faithful+Gould's Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) programme, making the most of our experienced mentors who help to achieve our excellent pass rates, far in excess of the national average.
Special graduate development reviews are conducted on an annual basis. These identify key strengths and weaknesses and enable a suitable development structure to be formulated.
