Nobel House, Westminster
The then highest ever BREEAM rating ever attained for a project of its type was awarded for the environmentally sustainable refurbishment of the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA)'s flagship nine-story Nobel House, in Westminster.
