Barclays Bank Maintenance

Faithful+Gould provides site attendance services on a call-out basis to Barclays Plc and their branch network of 1800 properties. Services provided include:

• Building surveying
• Structural engineering
• Mechanical and electrical

The commission is nationwide and our surveyors are on standby 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We attend branches within a maximum 4 hour call-out timescale anywhere in the country.

The main focus of our work on this project is to:

• Ensure the safety of staff and customers
• Co-ordinate making good works
• Make branches safe, secure and operational again as quickly as possible.

The surveyor reports from the branch by fax or phone directly to Barclays and their facilities management partners. This is followed up with full written report when the Surveyor returns to the office (if required).
