We drew on our extensive experience working for British Airways at Heathrow to produce an appropriate cost plan and budget, along with a successful procurement route for the project.
We also helped British Airways in their negotiations with BAA to agree their financial contribution to the requested enhancements to the standard mechanical and electrical systems in lounges at Heathrow Terminal 3.
Outcome
During a period of enormous uncertainty in the airline industry, and at a time when British Airways was reporting record losses, the project was completed within budget, with contingency returned to the client.
