• Provision of cost management services as part of a multi-disciplinary framework agreement in partnership with Atkins DE2
• Project values range from £150K up to £6M and vary from the refurbishment and extension to existing school buildings to new build teaching blocks to Regional Archive store and social housing schemes

The Approach

• Working in partnership with Atkins DE2 in the provision of a “One Stop Shop” service including project management, design, cost management, building surveying and health & safety services
• Development of a core team of professionals having cross sector experience with an emphasis on education

The Challenge

• Provision of robust business cases for each project
• Project delivery to time and cost

Outcome

• Successful track record and the development of extensive experience in the education sector and working in existing live environments
• Renewal of framework agreement
