We played a leading role in the development and procurement of our client's Tier 1 contracting philosophy. We provided the additional level of support needed to deliver its increased Capital Investment Programme over a 5 year period, commencing in 2007.

The Tier 1 contracting philosophy relates to capital investment in the client's fleet of 8 existing nuclear power stations in the UK.

We worked as part of the Tier 1 team that included the projects division, supply chain, finance and other consultants. Our people were key to the development of the 'alliance project strategy' style of contract and delivery.
