Faithful+Gould carried out 7 Facet Surveys to 12 Health Centres of Nottingham City PCT.
Work was also undertaken for 2 community hospitals, 41 GP premises and 25 health centres of Nottinghamshire PCT, in accordance with the recommendations of NHS Estatescode.
We provided a detailed analysis of the condition of the Trust's estate in relation to:
- Physical condition
- Statutory health and safety, including DDA
- Fire
- Quality
- Space utilisation
- Functional suitability
- Environmental
We produced reports for individual buildings, and calculated costs for remedial works. The project was successfully concluded in 2007.
In February 2008, the Trust instructed us in a further project, to compile information from the surveys in preparation for capital programmes during 2008/2009.
