• The appointment of a partnered contractor into the development team, permitting a positive impact into the design development.

The challenge

• Project delivery within the phased completion timescales and to budget.
• Working with the adjoining developer to ensure the provision of the joint infrastructure.

Outcome

• Project was delivered in 2004, ahead of programme and within budget.
• Redrow achieved 100% sale of apartments before project completion.
