We provide programme and project control services, supplier commercial management, specialist consultancy and facility management services to the nuclear sector, working alongside licensed nuclear operators such as British Nuclear Fuels (BNFL), United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), and British Energy. Our nuclear experience also extends to operators in the US and Canada.

We have extensive knowledge of the construction, operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities.

We've been providing advice to pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries since the early 1980s.

We specialise in development and enhancement projects, maintenance and turnarounds.

We have acknowledged and valued experience in renewable and conventional energy generation, including offshore wind, as well as in depth knowledge of marine civil engineering and many major infrastructure projects. 

We understand the demanding targets the energy industry has been set for delivery of renewable energy generation and with the UK's abundant resources, the emphasis this places on marine renewable technologies and in particular offshore wind.

We provide consultancy services to clients involved in maintaining and improving fixed telecommunication network coverage and wireless networks.

Our commissions range from new build projects to maintenance and enhancement schemes for clients such as BT, Cable & Wireless, NTL, T-Mobile and Atkins Telecoms.

Fixed Networks: We can provide a complete commercial services function or a supplementary short term outsourced consultancy service.

Wireless networks: We work closely with our colleagues in Atkins to acquire space and design high quality base stations that are ready for transmission - including metropolitan, roof-top and greenfield sites.

We support challenging capital investment programmes across the water sector and provide strategic input at both business and project levels.

We were among the first to introduce target cost contracts to the industry, and have experience providing support to the OFWAT reporter for a number of UK water companies.

Our experience spans delivery, cost management and regulatory issues as well as new works, network rehabilitation, repair and maintenance.
