Building Schools for the Future (BSF)

Exterior view of the Michael Tippett School
Michael Tippett school is one of the 7 new build schools in the London Borough of Lambeth BSF scheme. It is the first London BSF school and the first Special Education Needs (SEN) school to be built in the BSF programme.

Faithful+Gould is one of the few consultancies who have been re-appointed on the Partnerships for Schools Framework as both Technical and Lead Advisors.

This means that our credentials have been established through a detailed and lengthy assessment process.

Local authorities are free to appoint us directly for these services without being required to set up further competitions.

Experience

We are very experienced at guiding local authorities through the Building Schools for the Future process.

Our experience includes providing over 22 local authorities with programme management, technical advisory services, project directorship and assisting local authorities to a state of ‘readiness to deliver’ BSF.

We are currently project managers for five One School Pathfinders and three new academies.

Projects

Our Building Schools for the Future projects include:

- London Borough of Lambeth

- North Tyneside Council

- William Brookes One School Pathfinder

In addition to our experience providing technical and lead advisory services to local authorities, we also work alongside bidding consortia, providing Due Diligence services to senior lenders and equity investors together with project and commercial cost management services.

Our success with programmes such as these means that Faithful+Gould has the knowledge to support any local authority in establishing its vision to transform secondary education.
