Construction (Design and Management) Regulations - CDM Co-ordinator

Faithful+Gould was appointed as project managers, cost managers and CDM coordinators for the upgrade of certain elements of the famous Coca-Cola sign in Piccadilly Circus, including both the hardware and the control software systems.

Founded on our experience in CDM since its inception in 1994, we have amassed extensive knowledge and capability in applying CDM services across projects or programmes ranging from capital projects valued at £300m+ through to national frameworks encompassing hundreds of premises annually.

Recognising the legal requirements of CDM 2007, and in addressing the varied nature and complexity of client requirements, we have developed fully supported business systems accredited to ISO 9002. Utilising only full-time CDM Co-ordinators, each working to unified standards, tailored to suit client or project specifics, we can assure our clients remain compliant at all phases.

Our web enabled systems are complimented by support tools enabling portfolio monitoring and performance reporting, such as risk logs and construction site auditing.
