PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Program management is one of the most dynamic professions of the 21st century involving the planning, organization and control of a diverse range of resources with a common goal and often within a unique environment. Success is judged on delivery of the project and the fulfillment of requirements for time, cost, quality and safety. Faithful+Gould provides clients with project support services to help meet their goals throughout all phases of the construction process.
Faithful+Gould augments and supports our clients in organizing, managing and coordinating the development and construction of their overall building program. Our involvement begins during the programming and preliminary design and extends through construction document preparation, construction and project closeout. Our role is to be an extension of the owner’s organization and work as a member of their team.
As the owner’s advocate, our goal is to evaluate and balance conflicting requirements. We help the owner achieve effective programming, sustainability, development, cost and building solutions within the stated budget and schedule for a successful project. As program manager, we have an independent professional relationship representing the client. In this position, we do not provide direct design or construction services on the project. We represent the client and only the client.
