Engineering News-Record recently released the 2013 iteration of the Top Construction Management-for-Fee/Program Management firms list, which saw Faithful+Gould placed in the top 20.

Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) 2013 Top Construction Management-for-Fee/Program Management firms list was recently published with Faithful+Gould ranking #19 out of 100 companies, up from #27 last year. The list was ranked by total revenue in 2012.

ENR performs this survey annually and ranks the 100 largest U.S. professional services firms, both publicly and privately held, based on construction management fees for project-related construction management. At #19, our fee total was $96.7 million.

In the accompanying article, Faithful+Gould President and Managing Director - North America, Paul Wood, explained that many higher education institutes are training their internal facilities staff to provide project management services in an effort to control costs. However, he warns this may be difficult for owners that take this step, saying, “third-party project management firms have more mobility and knowledge that can be exchanged between different locations.”

To read additional quotes from Paul, find the entire article and list in the June 17, 2013 issue of the ENR magazine.
