In October, two projects that Faithful+Gould worked on were recognized at the Engineering News-Record (ENR) Texas & Louisiana awards ceremony.

The “Best Project” awards recognize excellence in projects throughout the region. To determine the winners, a jury of six industry experts review entries, recognizing 37 projects across 17 categories as the region’s best.

The Terminal C North Program at George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston (IAH) received a Best Project Award in the “Airport/Transit projects” category. Faithful+Gould successfully managed the 264,000-square-foot program in conjunction with VRX, Inc., and JLA Construction Solutions on behalf of United Airlines (United).

“The United Terminal C project incorporated a wide range of moving parts prior to completion,” said Faithful+Gould Project Executive Ashley Hough. “We are extremely proud to have delivered the project under budget, and to be recognized for our dedicated involvement.”

Farmer Brothers’ Project Evolution was also recognized, receiving an Award for Merit in the “Manufacturing Projects” category. Faithful+Gould served as the owner’s representative on behalf of Farmer Brothers for its 540,000-square-foot headquarter campus relocation in Northlake, Texas.

“We are thrilled to have worked on this project on behalf of Farmer Brothers,” said Faithful+Gould Project Executive Rob Lillich. “This has been a team effort and a visionary project. It is gratifying to see the Farmer Brothers vision and the hard work of our team recognized in the receipt of this award.”

The awards were presented at a luncheon at the JW Marriott Houston in Houston, TX. Several members of both Faithful+Gould project teams were in attendance to accept the awards.
