We will perform a facility condition assessment on 55 multi-family residential apartment buildings, commercial buildings and parking garages in New York City.
Using a fluid scope developed in conjunction with our project management group, our scope of services will be executed in 2 phases.
During phase 1, managed by the SFC group, we will identify and quantify systems, identify and price defective conditions and provide a timeline to address capital needs.
During Phase 2, the PM group will take over and implement the recommendations produced from the condition assessments in Phase 1.
