BTF Solutions, a joint venture between Faithful+Gould and Balfour Resource Group, has been awarded the initial outfitting and transition (IO&T) contract of personnel and equipment into the nearly one million square feet of new laboratory space with multiple labs, administrative space and headquarters offices.

During this 30-month contract, BTF Solutions will help transition essential personnel, critical functions including Biological Safety Level (BSL) 2, 3E, four facilities, Animal Biological Safety Level (ABSL) two-four facilities, as well as Aerobiology activities within containment laboratories. Special attention will focus on the planning for the movement of animals (non-human), Functional Operations Systems Test (FOST) Commissioning, Center for Disease Control (CDC) Certifications and activities associated with the use of Biological Select Agents and Toxins (BSAT).
BTF Solutions is currently performing full IO&T services at Camp Zama, Japan through 2015; Keller Army Community Clinic at West Point, NY; and has completed outfitting of the Consolidated Health and Dental Clinic at Fort Lee, VA.
