Faithful+Gould Operations Director Dave Scott and Cook County Director of Capital Planning & Policy Phil Boothby will both be presenting. Dave and Phil will be discussing how vision and communication reduces capital expenditures for Cook County. The presentation will include how to identify potential financial shortfalls and develop strategies to mitigate them, the creation of synergy between the County and the public to spearhead improvements, means of recognizing communication breakdowns and how to overcome these stumbling blocks and how to Implement and schedule a comprehensive plan for county-wide improvements.

Dave said, “It’s an honor to be one of the presenters at this huge healthcare event where there will be thousands of attendees from all over the nation. Our chances of being selected were slim, with only two of every 10 presentation submissions approved by the review committee. This will be exciting and I really look forward to sharing this experience with other healthcare constituents at the conference!”
