About the event

Vice President Ben Dutton will represent Faithful+Gould at the 2017 National Facilities Management and Technology (NFMT) Conference and Expo in Baltimore, Maryland. NFMT works to facilitate education, networking and product discovery for facilities professionals nationwide. The event offers broad-based education for facilities professionals from every type of organization: government, education, commercial office, healthcare, retail, hospitality and industrial.

Ben will be joined by representatives from one of our key clients, for which we have provided our condition assessment services since 2014. On Thursday, March 9, 2017, Ben will join our client’s representatives to lead a seminar entitled "Capital Planning at the Capitol Complex: Developing a Leading Facility Condition Assessment Program". The focus of the seminar will be on the challenges of planning for public properties and how facility condition assessments can improve productivity and overall project success.
