About the event
Technical Director Sonny Sicat will participate in the panel discussion "The Blind Men and the Elephant: Project Controls from Many Perspectives" at the Western Council of Construction Consumer’s (WCCC) Third Annual Project Controls Summit on January 31, 2017.

With 20 years of specialized experience in construction management, scheduling and project controls, Sonny will discuss project controls from the owner’s representative perspective.
