Faithful+Gould is providing project controls to Denver International Airport (DEN) on a multi-million-dollar, five-year contract, serving as the trusted advisor to help the airport deliver the highest quality projects, safely, within budget and on schedule. Our scope of services includes cost estimating, cost analysis, scheduling management, schedule analysis, Project Management Information System (PMIS) development and implementation, document management / control, and contract administration, together with assisting the AIM Development’s project controls group within the Project Management Office (PMO).
DEN Airport consists of the main terminal, hotel, transit center, three airside concourses, five fire stations, maintenance facilities, airport office building, eight parking structures and numerous ancillary support facilities over more than 52 square miles. It is the 15th-busiest airport in the world and the fifth-busiest airport in the United States. With more than 53 million passengers traveling through the airport each year, DEN is one of the busiest airline hubs in the world’s largest aviation market. The airport is the primary economic engine for the state of Colorado, generating more than $26 billion for the region annually, and employs approximately 35,000 people.
