Provision of cost management services as part of a multi-disciplinary framework agreement in partnership with Atkins DE2. Project values range from £150K up to £6M and vary from the refurbishment and extension to existing school buildings to new build teaching blocks to Regional Archive store and social housing schemes.
The approach: Working in partnership with Atkins DE2 in the provision of a “One Stop Shop” service including project management, design, cost management, building surveying and health & safety services, development of a core team of professionals having cross sector experience with an emphasis on education. The Challenge: Provision of robust business cases for each project, project delivery to time and cost. Outcome: Successful track record and the development of extensive experience in the education sector and working in existing live environments, renewal of framework agreement.
