Keller Army Community Hospital Addition

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville awarded BTF Solutions, a joint venture between Faithful+Gould and Balfour Resource Group, a $11.5 million task order contract at the Keller Army Community Hospital in West Point, New York.

This contract was to conduct initial outfitting and transition of personnel and equipment into the new 51,000-square-foot addition of the Keller Army Community Hospital. This addition houses optometry, dermatology, ENT, physical therapy, podiatry, and orthopaedic clinics, and provides administrative office space.

Faithful+Gould provided the leadership for the project including the lead project manager, lead equipment planner, transition manager, and project management support.

The contract was awarded through the Army Corps of Engineers in Huntsville and included full project management services, medical and non-medical equipment planning, furniture and equipment purchasing, transition planning and relocation, installation/testing/training of new equipment, warehousing, and final turnover/close-out.
