Callum Bothwell, COO Asia, will now lead Faithful+Gould Asia Pacific following his promotion to managing director.

We are very pleased to announce some exciting developments within Faithful+Gould Asia Pacific. Since the acquisition of Confluence in October last year, our combined business has made remarkable progress - winning a string of projects from both new and existing clients, expanding our service expertise into new industry sectors and establishing a new office in Malaysia.

To further support and continue this positive momentum, Callum Bothwell, COO Asia, will now take over the reins of Asia Pacific as Managing Director while I move into a Strategic Advisory role and will remain actively involved in the business.

"I’m very excited to be given this opportunity to take the business to the next level..."

Callum Bothwell, Faithful+Gould's Managing Director - Asia Pacific

Formerly the Managing Director and Board member at Confluence, Callum is renowned for his collaborative management style in delivering operational efficiencies and greater results. His career spans over 15 years, and he has held leadership roles on various projects across Australia, the Middle East and Hong Kong. His expertise extends to all sectors from landmark developments such as the 80-storey Index tower, Gate Village District, The Ritz-Carlton at Dubai International Financial Centre, The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong, to major real estate programs for Equinix, Pacnet, Deutsche Bank and Nomura.

Callum played a key role in driving the transition of Confluence into the Faithful+Gould brand; uniting the team, culture, quality systems and platforms; as well as the development and implementation of Asia Pacific’s five-year business growth plan.

Taking his new role in stride, Callum commented: "I’m very excited to be given this opportunity to take the business to the next level, particularly with our new focus to become the leading project and program management consultancy in Asia Pacific."
