Faithful+Gould provided project management, cost consultancy and HSE management services throughout the project lifecycle of this restaurant fit out. With work beginning onsite at the end of September 2014 the schedule was tight but the dedication and commitment of the team, combined with extensive hospitality and fit out experience, meant that the restaurant was able to open for a public sneak preview coinciding with Chinese New Year on February 19th.
