In a joint venture with the owner's internal project services company, Faithful+Gould was responsible for the management of the entire project lifecycle of this luxurious 250,000sqm hotel.
The role included management of the design process and procurement of an international design and build contractor along with multiple specialist supplier contracts. The team was instrumental in driving an alternative delivery strategy that enabled the client to buy out the construction price six to eight months ahead of schedule to minimise the risk of rampant escalation.
Hotel features include:
341 guestrooms and suites including two Royal Suites
124 serviced apartments ranging in size from 125 to 350m2 and featuring one to four bedroom furnished luxury units
323 one to four bedroom for sale apartments of various size and configuration with high quality finishes befitting a high end residential scheme in the Dubai Financial precinct.
Blue Rain, a signature Thai fine-dining restaurant; Can Can, a French brasserie; the Center Cut steakhouse; Lobby Lounge & Terrace and No 5 Lounge & Bar
A 1,400m2 ballroom with a separate entrance, one of the largest column free rooms in Dubai; plus 8 additional function rooms
