AUDE 2018 Conference: Leadership and Challenge: Doing things differently

Jaime-Louise O'Donnell
The Association of University Directors of Estates (AUDE) conference is this year hosted by the University of Kent, where SNC-Lavalin's Faithful+Gould business is currently on site delivering their new School of Economics. Delegates at AUDE will pass by the site which is located close to this year’s conference venue, The Sibson Building.

The theme of this year's conference is Leadership & Challenge: Doing things differently. Held over three days, AUDE 2018 will take place from 9th - 11th April, and is designed to update delegates on the current challenges and opportunities across Higher Education Estates and Services.

Faithful+Gould are closely aligned to our higher education clients, with a deep understanding of current and emerging sector pressures and challenges, for which we have developed services and digital tools to support effective strategic planning and operational life cycle management, alongside the capital delivery of projects. We create an effective interface between planning, operational and estate goals, working with clients to optimise budgets, expenditure and the student experience.

Faithful+Gould have active projects in over 50% of the University sector and in over 90% of the Russell Group Universities. We are supporting the government in developing digital initiatives and working with a wide variety of education clients, implementing a digital approach that drives down the cost of asset management and capital project delivery, in support of better front-line outcomes.

Our sector experts will be on our Stand (39) throughout the conference and would welcome a chat about our award winning education projects, our industry leading expertise and how our services and digital tools can help you through the procurement process and generate significant cost and business efficiencies.
