The major Birmingham office of project management and cost consultant Faithful+Gould won new commissions to manage £200 million worth of contracts during September – a record month.

The company leads major construction and refurbishment schemes within the transport, property and industry markets, working with many of the most familiar and respected national and international client organisations. It takes responsibility for projects from inception to completion, including management of assets. Projects in the Birmingham area in the past have included many award winning schemes such as Brindleyplace, Selfridges, The Mailbox, No1 Colmore Square, Pricewaterhousecoopers offices and Birmingham Airport.

The new contracts won during the month include a major mixed use scheme in Milton Keynes for Abbeygate, a major residential scheme in Walsall, and a number of projects for Network Rail.
