On winning the award Leanne commented “I am thrilled beyond belief to be presented as the winner of the Quantity Surveying award and overall surveyor of the year and to be recognised for my work in the housing and care sector and passion for supporting people with dementia. I hope that these awards showcase the diverse range of surveying roles available for all”.
The Awards, hosted at the Lancaster Hotel, London highlighted how much young talent there is within the construction industry and how the next generation of business leaders are pushing the boundaries and bringing forward new ideas and ways of working to enhance the client experience and deliver on projects.

Leanne Kitson, Faithful+Gould Managing Quantity Surveyor
Faithful+Gould had six shortlisted candidates at the awards, and whilst all could not be winners, reaching this stage was an accomplishment in itself and a clear recognition of the young talent in the organisation.
The company places people at the heart of its business, focusing on their development, ensuring a clear career path with flexible working and benefits aligned to the person rather than the company, across all levels.
Jon Sealy, UK & Europe Managing Director of Faithful+Gould comments: “The dedication we see from our surveyors, project managers and consultants is overwhelming. Repeating our success at the RICS Matrics awards and others earlier in the year, including Hannah Davis with her Women of the Future Award and our success as Building’s Construction Consultant of the Year is testament to that dedication. I’m incredibly proud of the achievements of all six who were shortlisted and I truly believe our staff are some of the best in the business.”
