The four year framework will be used for a variety of projects ranging from small refurbishments to more significant projects of a value up to the OJEU threshold. It will also support BCU’s Strategic Plan 2020 to transform the University into a global, effective and sustainable organisation.
Mark Brain, regional director and higher education lead at Faithful+Gould said: "BCU is a key client and we have developed a deep understanding of their business over a period of 20 years. Having delivered the majority of their capital projects, we are uniquely positioned to provide first-class support to BCU through the framework."
Mark continued: "I’ve personally contributed a significant proportion of my career helping BCU transform its estate, the latest additions including Parkside Building, Curzon Building and Birmingham Conservatoire which is currently on site. This appointment further enhances our reputation in one of our core sectors, extending our UK coverage to 19 frameworks and 64 higher education institutions over the last three years.”
