Leanne started her career with Faithful+Gould in 2007 as a trainee quantity surveyor studying part time for her degree. In 2012, Leanne graduated with a first class honours degree and progressed to completing her APC whilst still studying and became one of Faithful+Gould's youngest members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Leanne has rapidly progressed within Faithful+Gould, she quickly began leading the national programme of housing, care and extra care delivery for Sanctuary Housing. Leanne set up a national framework for Sanctuary Housing using the Homes and Communities funding stream for the development of 2,553 new build extra care and general needs homes.
As well as the exceptional work Leanne has done with Sanctuary Housing, she is also a key member of Faithful+Gould’s delivery team for Anchor 2020 and also the Cutting Edge framework, being the primary contact for a number of clients.
Leanne has a passion for the work in which she does for the care and extra care sector, she continues to develop her knowledge and most recently attended the University of Stirling’s dementia design school to learn more about the impact of design on dementia sufferers. Leanne applies this knowledge to help clients create buildings with dementia design features on a budget without compromising quality.
