Faithful+Gould Again Crowned Construction Consultant / Surveyor of the Year at Building Awards

Faithful+Gould has won back the title of construction consultant / surveyor of the year award it previously held in 2012 at last night’s Building Awards, held at the Grosvenor House hotel on London’s Park Lane.

Over 1,200 of the construction industry’s most senior figures attended the awards which are widely seen as the most prestigious and hard-to-win in the construction industry.

To win the title twice in the past 4 years is fantastic recognition of our strategy and exceptional service delivery having beaten off competition from the likes of EC Harris, Mace, Arup and Turner & Townsend. Faithful+Gould has now achieved what few other large consultants have ever done, by winning the prestigious title twice in four years and the award confirms our position as one of the very top consultants in the construction industry.

Jon Sealy, UK and Europe managing director at Faithful+Gould, said: “In the past year alone we’ve re-shaped and re-focussed the business to become a world class integrated project and programme management consultancy and we have had an exceptional year. We are now a key player in the commercial property, education and nuclear markets, with new clients including Development Securities, Sellafield, Quintain and Urenco. To win construction consultant of the year twice in just four years is unprecedented in our history – we are thrilled and extremely proud of what we have all achieved in 2014.”

Integral to Faithful+Gould’s success has been retaining its best talent and highly effective strategic recruitment, underlining Faithful+Gould as a great place to work. In November last year the business celebrated unprecedented success at the RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year awards, picking up three of the night’s top awards, winning both the project management and quantity surveying categories, plus the overall Young Surveyor of the Year.
